A question for men and women?
I’m interested in knowing if you take any interest in how you decorate your home or room, and what style have you chosen for it, if so? Is there a particular look you wish you had, if not?
Some decor examples would be:
South western interior
Minimalism
Japanese
Traditional
Modern
Eclectic

Bohemian chic

Pure style
and any others, I didn’t mention here.
ALSO WHAT COLORS DO YOU USE IN YOUR DECOR?
I like every style, but can’t live in every style. Right now I’m trying to redecorate/declutter for the new year. I love all my color samples, so that is a problem. Just can’t decide!
It’s funny, because my male friends know exactly how they like their decor. When I ask my female friends, they like all kinds of decor. Hmmmm.
I love all the styles and all the colors but somehow when I start planning to decorate one of my rooms and I start looking for accents and paint I end up being drawn to the french country mixed with some victorian style…. I have no idea why. I tend to use a lot of blue tones- right now my living room is a beige/gold color with a muted peacock color for accents- I mix it with a few other deep tones and it seems so relaxing! I love it!
My kitchen I like the bright colors, the reds and kind of a country look.
Bathroom I went for a more modern look, pretty minimal though. It keeps it looking clean, it is SO easy to mess up the counters and everything in a bathroom- when it is cleaned and not cluttered it looks nice.
I don’t carry a theme through my house- but I do try to make the actual colors “flow” as much as I can.
